200 – 5,000 employees

You're not too small. You've just been sold to badly.

Enterprise back-up care was built for 10,000-person companies with a benefits team and a two-quarter implementation window. If you have 300 people, you've been told you don't qualify — or quoted a six-figure minimum for a benefit your people would use four times a year.

The argument

Your people have exactly the same problem.

A 380-person firm and a 38,000-person firm have identical Tuesday mornings. The sitter cancels at the same rate. The school closes on the same day. The parent is discharged from the same hospital. The only difference is that one of them has been able to buy a solution.

01

Same vetting standard

Identity verification, criminal and motor-vehicle background checks, reference checks, a recorded interview, and credential verification at source. We do not run a lighter process for smaller clients — there is only one process.

02

Same care catalogue

Child care in-home and in-centre, adult and senior care, pets, tutoring, camps, and reimbursement on every booking. Nothing is gated behind a headcount tier.

03

No minimum, no RFP

Published pricing per employee per month, with a usage cap. You can price this yourself in an afternoon and take a real number to finance without a sales cycle.

Two weeks, from signature to your first booking.

Not a promise about the happy path. This is the actual sequence, and the only thing that reliably slows it down is waiting on your side for a census file.

  1. Days 1–2Plan configuration

Allowance, copay schedule, covered care types, blackout rules.

  2. Days 3–5Eligibility

SSO domain verification or a CSV census. We diff it before it commits.

  3. Days 6–8Comms

We write the launch email and the manager one-pager. You approve them.

  4. Days 9–14Launch

Employees activate. First bookings land. You get a weekly usage digest.

What it costs

Priced per employee per month, with a cap.

One predictable line your finance team can forecast, plus a per-use fee that only accrues when someone is actually helped.

These numbers aren’t filled in yet — and we’re not going to invent them to make a page look finished. Publishing a real rate card is the single strongest thing we can do against RFP-driven incumbents, and it goes up the day it’s final. Ask on the demo and you’ll get it in writing the same day.

Start with a 90-day pilot

One department or the whole company. If people don’t use it, don’t renew.

No deck, no discovery call before the demo. We'll show you the product and give you a price.

Objections

The four things every mid-market buyer asks.

We have 240 employees. Are we really not too small?
No. There is no minimum. The economics that made incumbents set 1,000-employee floors come from owning physical centres; we don't, so we don't need your headcount to justify the overhead.
What's the catch with a 90-day pilot?
There isn't one, but be realistic about what it proves. Ninety days is enough to see whether people use it and whether bookings get filled. It is not enough to see a full year of school closures and flu season. We'll tell you what the data can and can't support.
Do we need an HRIS integration to start?
No. Most clients launch on SSO-domain verification — your employees confirm eligibility with their work email — or a CSV census upload. HRIS sync is available later and is not a prerequisite.
What if utilisation is higher than we budgeted?
That's what the usage cap is for. You set the ceiling; when an employee exhausts their allowance the plan either hard-stops or lets them continue at unsubsidised rates. Either way your annual exposure is a number you chose, not a surprise.
