Georgia · pilot market

South Metro Atlanta runs on shifts no daycare opens for. We want to build the network that covers them.

Union City, College Park, East Point and Fairburn are airport and logistics country — early starts, overnight shifts, and a workforce that can't work from home when a sitter falls through. We haven't launched a caregiver network here yet. We're looking for the employer who wants to be first.

No existing local network to inherit means no legacy assumptions to unwind. We'd build it around your shift pattern.

Why here

What makes this market different from the rest of metro Atlanta.

Shift patterns built around the airport

Hartsfield-Jackson ground and ramp operations, freight forwarders and airline crews run early-morning, overnight and rotating shifts. A 4:30am report time has no standard-hours child care option at all.

A warehouse and logistics base that keeps growing

Union City, Fairburn and the I-85/I-285 corridor carry a dense concentration of distribution and fulfillment centres. That workforce is hourly, shift-based, and structurally similar to the manufacturing employers this category already serves well.

Underserved by every incumbent

Legacy back-up care providers built their networks around enterprise HQs further north in the metro. Nobody has built caregiver supply for a 5am shift start in South Fulton or Clayton County — which is exactly the gap a new network can fill first.

What we'd configure

Built for a 5am shift, not adapted from one that starts at 9.

  • A caregiver network recruited specifically for early-morning and overnight coverage, not adapted from a 9-to-5 model
  • Simple eligibility for hourly employees without a corporate email address
  • Spanish-language caregiver network and employee communications
  • Licensed child care centre partnerships in South Fulton and Clayton County — see /for-centers if that's you
  • Low-friction booking on a phone, one-handed, before a shift

Honest framing: this would be a founding pilot, not a mature network we're asking you to join. A 90-day pilot is enough to see whether people use it and whether bookings get filled — it is not enough to see a full year of school closures and flu season, and we'll tell you what the data can and can't support.

Be the first employer here

Twenty minutes. Bring your headcount and your shift pattern — we'll tell you plainly what we could stand up and how fast.

A personal address is fine if that's what you use.

No deck, no discovery call before the demo. We'll show you the product and give you a price.

Targets

What we'd hold ourselves to, same as everywhere else.

>90%Fill rate — confirmed bookings ÷ requests
<90 minMedian time to confirm on same-day in-home requests
>97%Show rate — caregiver clocked in on time

Launch targets, reported monthly against actuals — including the months we miss them. A new market starts with the same standard, not a lower one.

You'll have a number in writing the same day, and a real answer about what a founding pilot here would look like.
