For centres

You have empty seats on Tuesdays. We have families who need one this morning.

Back-up care placements are incremental revenue on capacity you've already staffed — with the paperwork done before the family arrives, and payment that doesn't depend on them showing up.

No cost to join. No exclusivity. No obligation to hold seats you'd rather sell yourself.

What you get

Revenue on capacity you're already paying for.

Paid per seat, per day

Invoiced monthly on standard terms. A family who doesn't show after your cut-off is still paid — you held the place and staffed for it.

Paperwork done in advance

Immunisation records, emergency contacts, allergies and medical authorisation are collected at family onboarding. A child arrives ready to be admitted, not with a clipboard.

You control inventory

Set capacity day by day from a simple dashboard. Pull a seat back any time before it's booked. We never oversell you.

What we ask

The same standard we hold ourselves to.

Families see your licence number, its state, its expiry, and your last inspection date on your listing. That transparency is why they trust a centre they've never visited — and it only works if it's real.

Current state licence

Verified against the state registry at onboarding and re-verified annually. Expiry auto-suspends your listing until renewal.

Certificate of insurance

Your own coverage, naming us as additional insured. Expiry is tracked the same way as a licence.

Accurate capacity

Only list seats you can genuinely staff. A cancelled placement damages a family's day and our fill rate.

Check-in and check-out

Recorded in the partner dashboard, so the family and their employer's usage record are both accurate.

Tell us about your centre.

A partnerships coordinator will email within two business days to collect your licence, your certificate of insurance, and the days you have capacity.

No cost to join, no exclusivity, and no obligation to hold seats you'd rather sell yourself.

Questions

What directors ask first.

How many seats do we have to commit?
As few as one, on the days you choose. You set inventory day by day and can pull it back at any point before it's booked. We would rather have five reliable seats than fifty you have to cancel.
When do we get paid?
Per seat, per day, invoiced monthly and paid on standard terms. A family no-show after your cut-off is still paid — you held the place.
What paperwork do we need from the family?
None on the day. Immunisation records, emergency contacts, allergies and medical authorisation are collected during family onboarding and are complete before a placement is confirmed. That's the whole point of the integration — a child arrives ready to be admitted.
What do you need from us?
Your state licence number and expiry, a certificate of insurance, and your capacity by day. We verify the licence against the state registry at onboarding and re-verify annually. If it lapses, you come out of search automatically until it's renewed — that's not a judgement, it's the same rule for everyone.
Is there a cost to join?
No. No listing fee, no subscription, no exclusivity.

Start with the days you already have open.
